| The purposes for which the Corporation is formed are: |
| 1.Fundraise to support rural school children to continue their studies and educate children to protect the environment in China through the sales of Rebecca Yang's piano CD's. |
| 2.Fundraise to support Fine Arts Program in America schools through the sales of Rebecca Yang's piano CD's. |
| 3.Fundraise to support more volunteers to teach in the rural area in China to be the children's big brother and big sisters, building friendship between China and America from younger generation. |
